5. History.
The library was established in 1983. The collections consist of the publications donated by the faculty units and the Main Library.

6. The faculty fields and specializations
Human nutrition, food science, dietetics, gastronomy, economics and consumption.

7. Collection size: 16,300 volumes.

8. The library services: wifi access to the Internet, access to e-resources from the reading room workstations.

9. Collection arrangement:
Most collections are available from the open stacks. Books are arranged by subjects divided into the areas reflecting the profile and features of the studies.

10. Circulation:

a. number of reading room seats and workstations: 30 seats, 4 OPAC workstations and 3 workstations with access to the Internet.
b. on-site access: anyone can access the library collections on-site.
c. loan permissions and regulations: the library collections can be borrowed by the staff and postgraduate students following the regulations specified in the Regulations on the Circulation of the Library Collections.
d. fines and additional fees: following the Regulations on the Circulation of the Library Collections.
